dc.description.abstract |
This thesis studies a hydrogen-based electricity generation system. It begins
by examining the environmental impact of fossil fuels and the promotion of
renewable energies such as solar energy. The study then delves into the fundamental
principles of hydrogen as an energy carrier and the operational concepts
of fuel cells. Mathematical modeling and simulation techniques are employed
to design and evaluate a hydrogen-powered fuel cell system. These models are
used to optimize system performance and guide further development. Finally,
the thesis addresses the practical implementation by constructing a prototype,
which serves to assess the efficiency and viability of hydrogen as a clean energy
source for electricity generation and the total cost of the proposed system. |
