Résumé:
The present work deals with the automation and supervision of a water desalination unit based on reverse osmosis technique, the most used in water desalination, controlled and supervised respectively by a Siemens programming logic controller (PLC), S7-1200 and a human machine interface (HMI). After an in-depth study and analysis of the specifications, a program was developed using TIA portal V15 software and programmed with Ladder and supplied by a photovoltaic source of energy which was then transferred to the PLC to meet the specifications and manage the automatic operation of the considered water desalination. A detailed description of the different automation technologies for industrial systems, and more specifically the technology based on the use of Siemens modules, was presented. A large part is devoted to programming with the TIA Portal software, highlighting the steps to be followed for creating an automation project, hardware configuration, program development and simulation. In addition, a Human-Machine Interface has been developed and designed by the Wincc flexible software integrated into the TIA portal V15 software to enable the operator to visualize, analyses and supervise the behavior of the system in real time.
