Résumé:
memorandum aims to present a project focused on diagnosing faults in electric motors using acoustic signal processing techniques. In this context, an electronic circuit has been designed and developed based on a printed circuit board (PCB) dedicated to real-time monitoring and diagnosis.
The circuit relies on capturing the acoustic signals emitted by the electric motor and processing them locally for early fault detection, using advanced signal processing software. The project specifically targets asynchronous motors by analyzing sounds in various operational modes.
The system aims to support predictive maintenance and enhance its efficiency through integrated electronic solutions capable of providing accurate and real-time diagnostics, contributing to reducing unplanned downtime and ensuring operational safety.
