dc.description.abstract In the field of mechanical engineering, analyzing the behavior of plane structures is a fundamental task that engineers constantly face. However, traditional methods for solving these problems are often slow, cumbersome, and error-prone. To address these challenges, the finite element method provides an efficient and reliable solution by dividing complex structures into smaller elements, facilitating to analysis process. This study focuses on the development of a special program based on the two-dimensional triangular element (T3) to model the mechanical behavior of plane structures. It calculates basic mechanical properties such as displacements, stress, and strain, making it a powerful tool for analyzing the behavior of structures. To ensure the accuracy of the obtained results, they were verified by comparing them with simulation results extracted from well-known software. This study aims to contribute to the field of mechanical constructions by providing an effective solution for performing accurate structural analyses. en_US
