Planar magnetic bearings use magnetic forces to suspend shafts without contact, offering high precision and suitability for harsh environments. Active systems with feedback control allow real-time adjustment of stiffness and damping. While PID controllers are common, fuzzy logic improves performance in nonlinear conditions. Key benefits include frictionless operation, precise control, and low maintenance.this thesis look for the best controller between PID , PD and fuzzy logic and study the performances |
