dc.description.abstract This dissertation focuses on the control, modeling, and simulation of grid-connected ‎photovoltaic (PV) systems. A key component of this study is a comparative analysis of various ‎Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) methods, which are essential for optimizing the ‎efficiency of PV systems. Different MPPT algorithms are implemented and evaluated in terms ‎of tracking efficiency, dynamic response, and algorithmic complexity. The performance of ‎each technique is assessed through detailed simulations under varying environmental ‎conditions. The results provide a comprehensive comparison that highlights the strengths and ‎limitations of each method, thereby supporting the selection of the most suitable MPPT ‎control strategy for enhancing the power quality and operational performance of grid-‎connected PV systems.‎ en_US
