Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن دور الخدمات الإرشادية في التخفيف من ظاهرة التنمر حسب وجهة نظر مستشاري الإرشاد والتوجيه المدرسي ببلدية العوينات_ ولاية تبسة_. حيث اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كونه الأنسب لوصف الظاهرة وتفصيل خصائصها وتحقيق الاهداف المرجوة. كما تم اختيار عينة قصدية مكونة من(07)مستشارين في الارشاد والتوجيه المدرسي،واستخدمت الباحثتان الاستبيان كاداة اساسية لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بموضوع البحث،ولتحليل النتائج تم استخدام التكرارات والنسب المئوية. وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: ✓تساهم الخدمات الاعلامية في التخفيف من ظاهرة التنمر حسب وجهة نظر مستشاري الارشاد والتوجيه المدرسي. ✓تساهم خدمات الارشاد والتوجيه في التخفيف من ظاهرة التنمر حسب وجهة نظر مستشاري الارشاد والتوجيه. ✓تساهم خدمات التكفل والمتابعة في التخفيف من ظاهرة التنمر حسب وجهة نظر مستشاري الارشاد والتوجيه المدرسي. ✓تساهم خدمات التقويم في التخفيف من ظاهرة التنمر حسب وجهة نظر مستشاري الارشاد والتوجيه المدرسي.

This study aimed to explore the role of guidance services in mitigating the phenomenon of bullying from the perspective of school counseling and guidance advisors in the municipality of El-Ouinet, Tebessa Province. The descriptive-analytical method was adopted as it is most suitable for describing the phenomenon, detailing its characteristics, and achieving the intended objectives. A purposive sample of seven (07) school counseling and guidance advisors was selected. The researchers used a questionnaire as the primary tool for collecting data related to the research topic. Frequencies and percentages were used to analyze the results. The study yielded the following findings : ✓ Informational services contribute to mitigating the phenomenon of bullying from the perspective of school counseling and guidance advisors. ✓ Counseling and guidance services contribute to mitigating the phenomenon of bullying from the perspective of school counseling and guidance advisors. ✓ Follow-up and support services contribute to mitigating the phenomenon of bullying from the perspective of school counseling and guidance advisors. ✓ Evaluation services contribute to mitigating the phenomenon of bullying from the perspective of school counseling and guidance advisors.
