مستوى القلق من إنجاز مذكرة مؤسسة ناشئة لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس بجامعة تبسة وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات

Abstract

هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى قلق طلبة قسم علم النفس من إنجاز مذكرة مؤسسة ناشئة لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس جامعة تبسة وقد تم بناء أداة البحث المتمثلة في المقياس أعد خصيصا لهذا الغرض وهو يتكون من ستة أبعاد )القلق من الفشل ;القلق الاجتماعي ;القلق المالي ;القلق من عدم اليقين ;التعامل مع الضغوط ;الثقة بالنفس في ريادة الأعمال(. وتم توزيعه على عينة تشمل 152 طالب منهم 143طالبة، بجامعة الشيخ العربي التبسي قسم علم النفس، يتوزعون على المستويات الأربع سنة ثانية ليسانس، سنة ثالثة ليسانس، سنة أولى ماستر، سنة ثانية ماستر( تم التحقق من فرضيات البحث اعتمادا على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSSV25)؛ خلصت نتائج البحث إلى التالية: 1-على وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسط قلق إنجاز مذكرة مؤسسة ناشئة لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس المحسوب والمتوسط النظري المفترض. 2-عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا لقلق إنجاز مذكرة مؤسسة ناشئة لطلبة قسم علم النفس يعزي لمتغير الجنس 3-عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا لقلق إنجاز مذكرة مؤسسة ناشئة لطلبة قسم علم النفس يعزي لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية Summary in English: This research aimed to identify the level of anxiety among students in the Psychology Department at Tebessa University regarding the completion of a startup thesis. A research tool، a scale specifically designed for this purpose، was developed and implemented. It consists of six dimensions (fear of failure; social anxiety; financial anxiety; anxiety of uncertainty; coping with stress; and self-confidence in entrepreneurship). The scale was distributed to a sample of 152 students (143 female students) at Cheikh Larbi Tebessi University، Department of Psychology، distributed across four levels (second year of bachelor's degree، third year of bachelor's degree، first year of master's degree، and second year of master's degree). The research hypotheses were verified using the statistical package SPSS، v25. The research results concluded the following: -1-. There is a statistically significant difference between the calculated average anxiety level regarding the completion of a startup thesis among students in the Psychology Department and the hypothesized theoretical average. -2-There was no statistically significant difference in anxiety about completing a startup memo for psychology department students، due to the gender variable. -3-There was no statistically significant difference in anxiety about completing a startup memo for psychology department students، due to the academic level variable.
