واقع التكفل بذوي الإعاقة الذهنية من وجهة نظر الطاقم البيداغوجي - دراسة ميدانية في المركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا زرفاوي فاطمة الزهراء تبسة

Abstract

يعد التكفل بذوي الإعاقة الذهنية من بين أهم المتطلبات التي تسعى دول العالم الثالث إلى تطويرها كمورد بشري يتناسب مع الواقع الاجتماعي والوعي اللازم نحو دمج هذه الفئة وتدريبهم على أساليب متقدمة وجيدة في العديد من الأبعاد المختلفة، لذا هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التكفل بالأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي زرفاوي فاطمة بمدينة تبسة من الجانب النفسي والتربوي والأرطفوني، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بإعتباره الأنسب للدراسة، وعلى الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، والذي طبق على عينة بلغت ب40 عاملا من الطاقم البيداغوجي والذي يعد مسؤولا على عملية التكفل وتم التوصل: إلى أن المركز النفسي البيداغوجي يحتوي على تكفل تربوي يساهم من تدريب ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية على نحو جيد، بالإضافة إلى استمرارية هذا الأخير في تطويره للجانب اللغوي واللفظي لفئة الإعاقة الذهنية، بالرغم من التحديات التي يواجهها التكفل الأرطفوني، في حين تم التوصل إلى مساهمة التكفل النفسي من تحسين السلوك العام لهذه الفئة بالرغم من مواجهتهم لمجموعة من الفئات الصعبة. Résumé : La prise en charge des personnes ayant une déficience intellectuelle figure parmi les principales priorités que les pays du tiers monde cherchent à développer, en tant que ressource humaine adaptée à la réalité sociale et à la conscience nécessaire à l'intégration de cette catégorie, ainsi qu’à leur formation selon des méthodes avancées et efficaces dans divers domaines. Cette étude vise à connaître la réalité de la prise en charge des enfants atteints de déficience intellectuelle au Centre Psychopédagogique Zerfaoui Fatma dans la ville de Tébessa, du point de vue psychologique, éducatif et orthophonique. La méthode descriptive a été adoptée comme approche la plus appropriée pour cette étude, ainsi qu’un questionnaire comme outil de recherche, appliqué à un échantillon de 40 membres du personnel pédagogique, responsables du processus de prise en charge. Les résultats ont montré que le centre assure une prise en charge éducative qui contribue efficacement à la formation des enfants ayant une déficience intellectuelle. En outre, cette prise en charge continue à développer l’aspect linguistique et verbal de cette catégorie malgré les défis rencontrés par l’orthophonie. Par ailleurs, la prise en charge psychologique contribue à l'amélioration du comportement général de cette catégorie, malgré la complexité de certains cas.

Abstract: The care for people with mental disabilities is among the most important requirements that Third World countries seek to develop as a human resource that is compatible with the social reality and the awareness necessary to integrate this group and train them in advanced and good methods in many different dimensions, Therefore, this study aimed to identify the reality of caring for mentally disabled children at the Zarfawi Fatima Psycho-Pedagogical Center in the city of Tebessa from the psychological, educational and orthopedic aspects. The descriptive approach was relied upon as it is the most appropriate for the study. The questionnaire was used as a study tool, and was applied to a sample of 40 pedagogical staff members responsible for the care process. It was concluded that the pedagogical psychological center provides educational care that contributes to the good training of people with mental disabilities, in addition to the latter’s continuity in developing the linguistic and verbal aspects of the mentally disabled category. Despite the challenges facing orthopedic care, psychological care has been shown to improve the general behavior of this group, despite the fact that they face a number of difficult situations.
