السمات الشخصية و علاقتها بالضغط النفسي دراسة ارتباطية على عينة من تلاميذ الثالثة ثانوي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الي التعرف على العلاقة بين السمات الشخصية ومستوي الضغط النفسي لدي تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي تكونت العينة الدراسة من74 تلميذا وتلميذة من مختلف الشعب وقد تم استخدام مقياس السمات الشخصية ومقياس الضغط النفسي كأدوات لجمع البيانات. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وبعد جمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة، تم إدخالها إلى الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، ثم أُجريت المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة لاستخلاص النتائج وتحليلها وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: - وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيًا بين أبعاد السمات الشخصية ومستوى الضغط النفسي - ان اختلاف السمات الشخصية يؤثر في كيفية استجابة التلاميذ للضغوط النفسية This study examines the relationship between personality traits and the level of psychological stress among third-year secondary school students. The research sample comprised 74 students, both male and female, representing various academic specializations. Data was collected utilizing two standardized instruments: the Personality Traits Scale and the Psychological Stress Scale. The study employed a descriptive-analytical research design to investigate the proposed relationships. Upon completion of data collection, responses were entered and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Appropriate statistical procedures were applied to evaluate the data and test the research hypotheses. The findings of the study revealed the following: • A statistically significant relationship exists between the dimensions of personality traits and levels of psychological stress among the students. • Individual differences in personality traits significantly influence the manner in which students perceive and respond to psychological stressors.
