تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تأثير منحة البطالة على المسارات الأكاديمية والمهنية للطلبة الجامعيين، اعتمدنا على الروبورتاج المصور كأداة بحثية لتوثيق تجارب المستفيدين من المنحة وتحليل انعكاساتها، كشفت النتائج عن أبعاد نفسية واجتماعية واقتصادية متنوعة تؤثر على اختيارات الطلبة،كما أبرزت الدراسة أهمية المواءمة بين سياسات الدعم ومتطلبات سوق العمل وتوصي بضرورة تطوير المنحة لتكون أداة فعالة في الانتقال من الدراسة إلى الحياة المهنية.
Study Summary: This study aims to shed light on the impact of the unemployment grant on the academic and professional paths of university students. A video report was used as a research tool to document the experiences of grant beneficiaries and analyze its implications. The findings revealed various psychological, social, and economic dimensions that influence students’ choices. The study also highlighted the importance of aligning support policies with labor market demands and recommends developing the grant to become an effective tool in the transition from education to professional life.
