المهن الجديدة في المكتبات الجامعية في ظل الذكاء الاصطناعي رؤية المكتبيين بالقطب الجامعي دريد عبد المجيد بولحاف الدير –تبسة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع المهن المكتبية داخل المكتبات الجامعية في ظل التحول الرقمي السريع والاعتماد المتزايد على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستعملت أداة الاستبيان التي وُجّهت إلى عينة من المكتبيين العاملين بالقطب الجامعي دريد عبد المجيد بولحاف الدير – تبسة، باعتباره مجتمع الدراسة. سعى الاستبيان إلى جمع البيانات المتعلقة بالتحولات التي مست طبيعة المهن المكتبية، والمهارات الجديدة التي باتت مطلوبة، وكذا التحديات التي يواجهها الموظفون في بيئة العمل الرقمية. وأظهرت النتائج أن هذه المهن تجاوزت طبيعتها التقليدية لتُصبح مهنًا مركبة تستلزم كفاءات رقمية، وقدرات تحليلية، ومهارات تواصل فعالة، فضلاً عن القدرة على التعلم الذاتي المستمر. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود حاجة ملحة إلى تحديث برامج التكوين الأكاديمي والتدريب المستمر، وتحسين البنية التحتية الرقمية داخل المكتبات الجامعية، إضافة إلى إدماج الذكاء الاصطناعي بطريقة مدروسة في تسيير الخدمات المكتبية، بما يضمن جودة الخدمة واستمراريتها. ورغم بعض العراقيل المرتبطة بندرة الدراسات السابقة والميدانية في هذا المجال داخل السياق الجزائري، إلا أن هذه الدراسة تُعدّ لبنة أولى لفهم واقع المهن المكتبية، وتمثل مدخلاً لبحوث مستقبلية أكثر عمقًا واستشرافًا.

This study aims to explore the reality of clerical professions within university libraries in light of the rapid digital transformation and increasing reliance on artificial intelligence technologies. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology and used a questionnaire as a data collection tool, which was directed at a sample of librarians working at the Dired Abdelmajid University Pole – Boulehaf El-Dhir in Tebessa, as the study population. The questionnaire sought to gather data on the changes affecting the nature of clerical professions, the emerging required skills, and the challenges employees face in a digital work environment. The findings revealed that these professions have gone beyond their traditional roles to become complex professions requiring digital competencies, analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity for continuous self-learning. The results also highlighted an urgent need to update academic and ongoing training programs, improve the digital infrastructure in university libraries, and integrate artificial intelligence in a well-planned manner into library service management to ensure service quality and sustainability. Despite challenges related to the scarcity of previous and field studies in the Algerian context, this research represents a preliminary step toward understanding the current state of clerical professions and opens the door for more in-depth future studies.
