Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لإضافة حلقة جديدة في مجال الدراسات المتعلقة بقياس المخرجات البحثية وذلك بتطبيق اثراء محتوى المستودع الرقمي لجامعة الشهيد الشيخ العربي التبسي –تبسة- والمسجل في مستودعها الرقمي من خلال دراسة تحليلية تقوم على طبيعة المحتوى ومعايير ومؤشرات تحليل ومناهج وطرق الارشفة الرقمية له وطرق الوصول اليه واسترجاعه .معتمدين في ذلك على منهج تحليل المحتوى .وعلى المقابلة .الملاحظة .والتواجد على الخط كأدوات لجمع البيانات وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان اثراء محتوى المستودع الرقمي لامعة الشهيد الشيخ العربي التبسي يشمل على اعمال وما بعد النشر فقط ومن خلال المقابلة تبين لنا بان مذكرات الماستر وهي التي تتصدر هذا المحتوى كما يعتمد على .PDFخطط دبلن كور في وصف وارشفة المحتوى .مع إمكانية تحميل النصوص الكاملة بصيغ . كما تقدم الدراسة مقترحات منها التحسين بأهمية النشر الالكتروني للتخصصات الموجودة بالكليات عقد ندوات ومؤتمرات وملتقيات للتعرف بهذا النوع الجديد من النشر . من اجل جدوى أكبر للمحتويات الرقمية لجامعة الشهيد الشيخ العربي التبسي في المستودعات الرقمية Abstract: This study aims to add a new dimension to the field of studies related to measuring research outputs and analyzing the digital productivity of Algerian universities. This study aims to enrich the content of the digital repository of the University of Sheikh LarbiTebesi (Tebessa), which is registered in its digital repository. This study is based on an analytical study based on the nature of the content, the criteria and indicators for analysis, the approaches and methods of digital archiving, and the methods for accessing and retrieving it. This study relies on content analysis, interviews, observation, and online presence as tools for data collection. The study concluded that the enrichment of the content of the digital repository of the University of Sheikh LarbiTebesi includes only published works and post-published works. Through the interviews, we found that master's theses dominate this content. Dublin Core plans are also used to describe and archive the content, with the possibility of downloading full texts in PDF format. The study also presents proposals, including improving the importance of electronic publishing for existing specializations in colleges. Holding seminars, conferences, and forums to introduce this new type of publishing. To maximize the usefulness of the digital content of the University of Sheikh LarbiTebessi in digital repositories.
