Résumé:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الثقافة التواصلية في دعم التوجه نحو الرقمنة داخل المؤسسات الجامعية، من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت على عينة من موظفي كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة تبسة. تم اختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية، وبلغ عدد المبحوثين 32 موظفا. وقد اعتمدنا على منهج المسح الاجتماعي نظرا لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع والعينة، كما استخدمت استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة واضحة بين الثقافة التواصلية وتبني الرقمنة في البيئة الجامعية. حيث يساهم التواصل الفعال في تسهيل استخدام الانظمة الرقمية والانخراط في التحول الرقمي في المقابل، فان ضعف الاتصال داخل المؤسسة يؤدي الى مقاومة هذا التوجه. كما كشفت النتائج عن جملة من العوائق، من ابرزها: غياب التكوين، ضعف التحفيز، وقلة اشراك الموظفين في عملية اتخاذ القرار، وهي عوامل تحد من فاعلية مشاريع الرقمنة الجامعية.

Summary:
This study aimed to identify the role of communication culture in supporting the move toward digitization within university institutions. This study was conducted through a field study conducted on a sample of employees from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Tebessa. The sample was intentionally selected, and the number of respondents reached 32 employees. We relied on the social survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the topic and the sample. A questionnaire was also used as the primary tool for data collection.
The results of the study showed a clear relationship between communication culture and the adoption of digitization in the university environment. Effective communication contributes to facilitating the use of digital systems and engagement in digital transformation. Conversely, weak communication within the institution leads to resistance to this trend. The results also revealed a number of obstacles, most notably: lack of training, weak motivation, and limited employee involvement in the decision-making process. These factors limit the effectiveness of university digitization projects.
