دور الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من موظفي المؤسسة الاستشفائية محمد الشبوكي الشريعة ولاية تبسة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة الإسشفائية محمد الشبوكي الشريعة من خلال البحث عن التقنيات الرقمية الحديثة التي يعتمد عليها موظفي المؤسسة في مهامهم. و لتحقيق هاته الأهداف التي اعتمدت دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي وذلك بتطبيق الدراسة على عينة طبقية من الفئات الذين يستخدمون الأنظمة الرقمية وبلغت (57مفردة) من المؤسسة الإسشفائية محمد الشبوكي الشريعة، بالاعتماد على استمارة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات حيث تم تقسيم الاستمارة إلى خمسة محاور، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : بالنسبة مراحل انتشار الرقمنة في المؤسسة الإسشفائية محمد الشبوكي الشريعة تبين أغلب أفراد العينة أنهم سمعوا بها أكثر من سنتين، وتقييمهم لمستوى نجاعة توظيف الرقمنة في المؤسسة جيدة جدا، أما فيما يخص أهمية تطبيق الرقمنة في المؤسسة فقد تبين أفراد العينة أن المؤسسة توفر المتطلبات الضرورية للرقمنة وذلك ساهمت في توفير الوقت والجهد لديهم وساعدتهم في تسريع عملية معالجة البيانات وتحسين كفاءة العمل، بالنسبة للتقنيات الرقمية المستخدمة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية تبين أفراد العينة أنهم يستخدمون الوسائيل التقنية الرقمية في مهامهم اليومية وذلك بصفة دائمة وأبرز الوسائل التقنيىة الرقمية التي يستخدمونها بشكل أساسي نظام إدارة معلومات المرضى، أنظمة حجز المواعيد والسجلات الطبية الرقمية اضافة إلى أنظمة التصوير الطبي الرقمي، كما أن هذه التقنيات الرقمية ساهمت في تقليل الأخطاء في الاجراءات الطبية والإدارية، كما أدت هذه التقنيات الرقمية إلى تحسين مستوى التنسيق بين الأقسام المختلفة في المؤسسةوذلك تعكس قدرتها على تعزيز التواصل وتكامل الجهود داخل المؤسسة وتسريع عملية اتخاذ القرلرأخيرا بيخصوص تأثيرات استخدام الرقمنة على تحسين جودة العمل داخل المؤسسة الإسشفائية، أقر أغلب أفراد العينة أن استخدام الأنظمة الرقمية سهل لهم عملية الوصول إلى معلومات المريض وسجلاته الطبية، وأنهم يشعرون أن استخدام الرقمنة قد أثر ايجابا على بيئة العمل بشكل عام، لما ستاهمت الرقمنة في تحسين تنظيم المواعيد ،إضافة أن الرقمنة ساهمت في تسهيل عملهم وذلك عززت من كفاءة الأداء وزيادة رضاهم الوظيفي وتوفير بيئة عمل أكثر مرونة وشفافية .

Study Summary : This study aims to explore the role of digitization in improving the quality of healthcare services at the Mohamed Chabouki Hospital in Cheria, by investigating the modern digital technologies used by the institution's staff in their daily tasks. To achieve these objectives, the study adopted a descriptive methodology and was applied to a stratified sample of users of digital systems within the Mohamed Chabouki Hospital, comprising 57 individuals. Data were collected using a questionnaire divided into five sections. The study reached several key findings, the most important of which are: Regarding the stages of digitization adoption at the Mohamed Chabouki Hospital, most respondents indicated that they had become aware of it more than two years ago, and they rated the effectiveness of digitization implementation within the hospital as very good. Concerning the importance of implementing digitization in the institution, respondents agreed that the hospital provides the necessary requirements for digitization, which has helped save time and effort, accelerated data processing, and improved work efficiency. As for the digital technologies used to enhance the quality of healthcare services, the respondents stated that they regularly use digital tools in their daily tasks. The most commonly used technologies include the Patient Information Management System, appointment scheduling systems, electronic medical records, and digital medical imaging systems. These technologies have contributed to reducing errors in medical and administrative procedures. Furthermore, these digital systems have improved coordination between different departments within the hospital, reflecting their ability to enhance communication, integrate efforts across departments, and speed up decision-making processes. Finally, regarding the impact of digitization on improving work quality within the hospital, most respondents confirmed that digital systems facilitated access to patient information and medical records. They also felt that digitization had a positive impact on the overall work environment by improving appointment organization, easing their daily tasks, enhancing performance efficiency, increasing job satisfaction, and providing a more flexible and transparent working environment.
