مساهمة المنصات الرقمية في تحسين جودة المحتوى التعليمي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين (منصة موودل نموذجًا) دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة تبسة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مدى مساهمة المنصات التعليمية الرقمية، وخاصة منصة موودل، في تحسين جودة المحتوى التعليمي المقدم للطلبة الجامعيين، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية لعينة من طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة العربي التبسي – تبسة. تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من 20 طالبًا. ركزت الدراسة على ثلاثة محاور رئيسية: كفاءة منصة موودل في تقديم المحتوى، أثر المنصة على التحصيل الأكاديمي، والتحديات التي يواجهها الطلبة في استخدامها. أظهرت النتائج أن أغلب الطلبة يعبرون عن رضاهم عن استخدام المنصة، معتبرين إياها أداة فعّالة تسهم في تسهيل الوصول إلى المحتوى، دعم التعلم الذاتي، وتحسين الفهم الأكاديمي. كما تبين وجود عدد من التحديات، أبرزها ضعف البنية التحتية الرقمية، مشاكل تقنية متكررة، والحاجة إلى تدريب إضافي على استخدام المنصة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن توظيف منصة موودل يمكن أن يساهم في الرفع من جودة التعليم الجامعي إذا تم تدارك العوائق التقنية والبيداغوجية، مع ضرورة الاستثمار في تطوير مهارات الأساتذة والطلبة في مجال التعليم الرقمي. Abstract This study aims to analyze the extent to which digital educational platforms—particularly the Moodle platform—contribute to improving the quality of educational content provided to university students. The research is based on a field study conducted on a sample of students from the Department of Media and Communication Sciences at Larbi Tebessi University – Tebessa. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection from a sample of 20 students. It focused on three main axes: the efficiency of Moodle in delivering content, the impact of the platform on academic achievement, and the challenges faced by students in its use. The results showed that most students expressed satisfaction with the platform, considering it an effective tool that facilitates access to content, supports self-learning, and enhances academic understanding. However, several challenges were identified, most notably weak digital infrastructure, recurring technical issues, and the need for additional training on how to use the platform. The study concluded that integrating Moodle into higher education can significantly enhance the quality of university teaching, provided that technical and pedagogical obstacles are addressed. It also emphasized the need to invest in developing both instructors’ and students’ skills in digital education.

Résumé Cette étude vise à analyser la contribution des plateformes éducatives numériques, et en particulier de Moodle, à l'amélioration de la qualité des contenus pédagogiques proposés aux étudiants. Elle a été menée sur le terrain auprès d'un échantillon d'étudiants du Département des Sciences des Médias et de la Communication de l'Université Arabe de Tébessa. Une approche analytique descriptive a été adoptée et un questionnaire a été utilisé pour recueillir des données auprès d'un échantillon de 20 étudiants. L'étude s'est concentrée sur trois thèmes principaux : l'efficacité de la plateforme Moodle dans la diffusion de contenus, son impact sur la réussite scolaire et les difficultés rencontrées par les étudiants dans son utilisation. Les résultats ont montré que la plupart des étudiants se sont déclarés satisfaits de l'utilisation de la plateforme, la considérant comme un outil efficace qui facilite l'accès aux contenus, favorise l'auto-apprentissage et améliore la compréhension académique. L'étude a également révélé plusieurs difficultés, notamment la faiblesse de l'infrastructure numérique, des problèmes techniques récurrents et la nécessité d'une formation complémentaire à l'utilisation de la plateforme. L'étude conclut que l'utilisation de la plateforme Moodle peut contribuer à améliorer la qualité de l'enseignement universitaire si les obstacles techniques et pédagogiques sont surmontés, tout en soulignant la nécessité d'investir dans le développement des compétences des professeurs et des étudiants dans le domaine de l'éducation numérique.
