دور المؤثرين الرقميين في تشكيل أراء الشباب نحو القضايا الاجتماعية -دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والإتصال بجامعة الشهيد الشيخ العربي التبسي-تبسة

Abstract

تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية، حيث تسعى إلى فهم طبيعة العلاقة التي نشأت بين مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والمؤثرين الرقميين، ودور هؤلاء المؤثرين في توجيه آراء الشباب نحو القضايا الاجتماعية، خاصة في ظل التحولات المتسارعة التي يشهدها الفضاء الرقمي وقد إنطلقت من السؤال الرئيسي المتمثل في ما هو دور المؤثرين الرقميين في تشكيل أراء الشباب نحو القضايا الإجتماعية وسط طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والإتصال بجامعة الشيخ العربي التبسي؟كما تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرّف على الآليات التي يستخدمها المؤثرون الرقميون لإقناع طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة تبسة بوجهات نظرهم حول القضايا الاجتماعية، إضافة إلى تحديد التأثيرات لإعتماد الطلبة على المعلومات التي يقدمها المؤثرون الرقميون، خاصة فيما يتعلق بتشكيل آرائهم ومواقفهم تجاه القضايا الاجتماعية، واستكشاف منظور الطلبة حول درجة مصداقية المعلومات التي يقدمها المؤثرون الرقميون بخصوص القضايا الاجتماعية، وعليه فقد تم الإستناد في معالجة موضوع دراساتنا على المنهج الوصفي المعتمد على التحليل ، إضافة إلى توظيف أداة الإستبانة على عينة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من 100 مفردة من طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والإتصال بجامعة تبسة ، وعليه تم التوصل للنتائج التالية: -يتضح من خلال الدراسة أن المؤثرين الرقميين يلعبون دورًا ملحوظًا في تشكيل آراء الشباب الجامعي نحو القضايا الاجتماعية، سواء بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر، وهو ما يؤكد أن منصات التواصل الاجتماعي أصبحت فضاءً مؤثرًا في البناء المعرفي والمواقف الفكرية لدى هذه الفئة.-يتّجه أغلب الشباب الجامعي إلى متابعة المؤثرين بناءً على جودة المحتوى والمصداقية، وليس على عدد المتابعين أو المكانة الاجتماعية، مما يعكس سلوكًا ناضجًا وواعيًا تجاه الفضاء الرقمي. Abstract This study falls within the framework of descriptive research, as it seeks to understand the nature of the relationship that has emerged between social media platforms and digital influencers, and the role these influencers play in shaping young people's opinions on social issues—particularly in the context of the rapid transformations taking place in the digital sphere. The study is guided by the central research question: What is the role of digital influencers in shaping young people's views on social issues among students of the Department of Media and Communication Sciences at the University of Larbi Tebessi in Tebessa?The study also aims to identify the persuasive strategies employed by digital influencers to influence students’ perspectives on social issues, to assess the impact of students’ reliance on the information provided by these influencers—especially with regard to the formation of their opinions and attitudes toward social topics—and to explore students’ perceptions of the credibility of the information disseminated by digital influencers on such matters.To address these objectives, the study adopted a descriptive analytical approach, and employed a structured questionnaire administered to a stratified random sample of 100 students from the Department of Media and Communication Sciences at the University of Tebessa. The following key findings emerged from the analysis: -Digital influencers play a significant role in shaping university students' opinions on social issues, whether directly or indirectly. This underscores the increasing impact of social media platforms on the cognitive and ideological frameworks of this demographic.-Most university students follow influencers based on the quality and credibility of the content they provide, rather than the number of followers or their social status. This indicates a mature and conscious digital behavior among the youth.
