Abstract

تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية وقد هدفت أساسًا لمعرفة الدور الذي تلعبه منصة تيك توك في تشكيل الصورة الذهنية حول الهجرة غير الشرعية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، من خلال ما يتعرضون له عبرها، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، وفي إطار هذه الدراسة، تم تحديد الأهداف العلمية التي تتمثل في التعرف على عادات وأنماط إستخدام الطلبة لمنصة تيك توك إضافة إلى دراسة أهمية منصة تيك توك في تكوين صورة ذهنية حول الهجرة غير الشرعية لديهم وأخيرا تحديد الإشباعات المحققة من إستخدام منصة تيك توك في موضوع الهجرة غير الشرعية. ولمعالجة هذا الموضوع، تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي المعتمد على التحليل، حيث تم الاستعانة في عملية جمع البيانات بأداة الإستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على عينة حصصية قوامها 100 مفردة من طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال. وأخيرًا، أسفرت هذه الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج نذكر منها: -تبين أن غالبية المشاركين يستخدمون منصة تيك توك منذ أكثر من ثلاث سنوات بين ساعة وساعتين يوميا كما أن الفيديوهات القصيرة هي ما يفضله المبحوثون وهذا يشير إلى أن منصة تيك توك قد أصبحت جزءًا أساسيًا من حياة الأفراد اليومية و إهتمامهم بمحتوى سريع يراعي سرعة التفاعل على الإنترنت ، مما يعكس تأثيرها الكبير على سلوكيات الإستخدام الرقمي. -أظهرت النتائج أن من المشاركين إعتبروا أن تيك توك ساهم في تشكيل صورة ذهنية حول الهجرة غير الشرعية ومع ذلك، كانت الصورة الذهنية السائدة سلبية، حيث تمثلت في رفض الظاهرة وهذا يشير إلى أن المحتوى الذي يتم نشره على تيك توك له تأثيرات كبيرة في تشكيل الآراء حول قضايا حساسة مثل الهجرة غير الشرعية، لكن قد يكون هذا التأثير قائمًا على الإنطباعات السلبية التي يعززها المحتوى (مثل صور الغرق والموت. -كما تبين أن المشاركين يرون أن المعلومات المتوفرة حول الهجرة غير كافية، وهو ما يعكس الحاجة إلى مزيد من المعلومات المدعمة بالحقائق والتفاصيل لضمان تقديم محتوى متوازن وموثوق. Abstract This study belongs to descriptive research and primarily aims to explore the role that TikTok plays in shaping the mental image of illegal immigration among university students, based on their exposure to content on the platformWithin the scope of this study, the scientific objectives were identified as follows: to identify the habits and patterns of TikTok usage among students, to examine the importance of TikTok in forming a mental image about illegal immigration, and finally, to determine the gratifications achieved from using TikTok in the context of illegal immigration.To address this topic, a descriptive approach based on analysis was employed, with a questionnaire being used as the data collection tool. The questionnaire was distributed to a purposive sample of 100 students from the Department of Media and Communication. The study results revealed the following key findings:-The majority of participants have been using TikTok for over three years, spending between one to two hours daily. Short videos were the preferred content type among respondents, indicating that TikTok has become an essential part of their daily lives, with a focus on quick, interactive content, reflecting its significant influence on digital usage behaviors.-The results showed that many participants believed TikTok contributed to shaping their mental image of illegal immigration. However, the prevailing mental image was negative, primarily representing a rejection of the phenomenon. This suggests that the content shared on TikTok has a substantial impact on shaping opinions on sensitive issues such as illegal immigration, but this influence may be based on negative impressions reinforced by content such as images of drowning and death.- It was also evident that participants felt the available information on illegal immigration was insufficient, reflecting the need for more fact-based and detailed information to ensure the provision of balanced and reliable content.
