Résumé:
انطلقت هذه الدراسة من فكرة البحث في موضوع أخلاقيات الحوار لدى الطلبة الجامعيين عبر الفضاء العمومي الافتراضي، منصة الفيسبوك أنموذجا، من خلال التعرف على أهمية الحوار لدى الطلبة الجامعيين عبر منصة الفيسبوك، وما قد تحكمه من أخلاقيات، وما طبيعة القضايا والمضامين التي يفضل الطلبة التحاور حولها،ودور اللغة المساعد على الفهم المشترك خاصة في ظل ظهور لغة خاصة بهذا الفضاء الافتراضي، اضافة الى التعرف على العوامل التي قد تؤثر على التزام الطلبة بأخلاقيات الحوار؛ كتوفر مهارات للتحاور،تأثير الهوية الافتراضية، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي المساعد في وضع وصف موضوعي لهذه الظاهرة الاتصالية المتمثلة في العملية الحوارية المكونة من، مُحاور، مُتحاور معه،موضوع حوار، بيئة وأسلوب مناسب، باعتماد أداة استمارة الإستبيان لجمع المعلومات من الطلبة المبحوثين، عن طريق العينة الحصصية فبلغ حجم العينة 122 طالبا.
وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة نتائج أبرزها:
أن الطلبة يستخدمون منصة الفيسبوك لأكثر من ثلاث سنوات ما يؤكد وجود حوارت تجمعهم مع الأهل والأصدقاء من خلال امتداد هذه الرابطة عبر هذا الفضاء العمومي الافتراضي،والتي تثبت حرصهم للمحافظة عليها، من خلال احترام الآخر،كما يؤكد الطلبة على ضرورة التحاور مع مستخدم الهوية الحقيقية، وأن حواراتهم تعتمد على حجج مقنعة يتحكم فيها الموضوع المُتحاور حوله، الذي في حال ما كان هناك سوء تفاهم،فالاغلاق على الموضوع بدل الجدال الحل الأنسب من الناحية الأخلاقية، ومن جانب تعزيز الرابطة الاجتماعية التي تربطهم مع من يتحاورون، ومن جانب آخر فهم يميلون الى التحاور حول المواضيع الثقافية، كما لاقت اهتمامهم القضايا الاقليمية، كغلاء المعيشة وإرتفاع الأسعار، وأن اللهجة العامية هي اللغة المستخدمة للتحاور لدى أغلبية الطلبة، وأن ابرز الأخلاقيات التي تحكم مواضيع حواراتهم هي الاحترام المتبادل.
Summary:
This study was initiated to explore the topic of dialogue ethics among university students within the virtual public sphere, using the Facebook platform as a model. It sought to understand: the importance of dialogue for university students on Facebook; the ethical principles governing such dialogue; the nature of issues and content students prefer to discuss; and the role of language in facilitating mutual understanding—particularly given the emergence of distinct linguistic patterns within this virtual space. The study also aimed to identify factors influencing students’ adherence to dialogue ethics, such as communication skills and the impact of virtual identity.
The researchers employed a descriptive methodology to objectively analyze the communicative phenomenon of the dialogic process, which comprises: a speaker, an interlocutor, a subject of discussion, and an appropriate environment and style. A questionnaire was used to collect data from target students through quota sampling, resulting in a sample size of 122 students.
Key findings include:
- Students have used Facebook for over three years, confirming that dialogues connect them with family and friends, maintaining relationships through virtual space. This demonstrates their commitment to preserving social ties by respecting others.
- Students emphasized dialoguing with users who display their real identities.
- Their dialogues rely on argumentation shaped by discussion topics.
- In cases of misunderstanding, they consider ending the discussion a more ethical solution than escalation, preserving social bonds.
- Students prefer discussing cultural topics, and regional issues (e.g., high living costs) also drawing interest.
- Most use colloquial dialects, and mutual respect is the predominant ethical principle.
