تأثير تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي على التحصيل الدراسي للطلبة الجامعيين -دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام و الإتصال بجامعة الشيخ العربي التبسي

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تأثير تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي على التحصيل الدراسي للطلبة الجامعيين،من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الطلبة الجامعين بقسم علوم الإعلام و الإتصال بجامعة تبسة ،وقد إنطلقت الدراسة من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي :ما هو تأثير تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي على التحصيل الدراسي للطلبة الجامعيين ؟ وبما أن الدراسة تنتمي إلى الدراسات الوصفية تم الأعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كمنهج تسير عليه الدراسة و بإستخدام أداة إستمارة الإستبيان الإلكترونية في جمع البيانات ،أين تم الإعتماد على عينة قصدية من طلبة ماستر 2 تخصص إتصال تنظيمي و سمعي بصري قدرت ب 118 مفردة من مجتمع البحث)،وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة عامة مفادها أن تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي لديها تأثير إيجابي على التحصيل الدراسي للطلبة الجامعيين،كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الطلبة يواجهون تحديات عند إستخدامهم لتطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي تمثلت أساسا في عدم وجود التاطير الأكاديمي لإستخدامها،وسعت الدراسة لوضع مقترحات لتوظيف الذكاء الإصطناعي بشكل فعال في عملية التحصيل الدراسي. Summary: This study aims to explore the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) applications on the academic achievement of university students. Specifically, it investigates a purposive sample of students enrolled in the Faculty of Media and Communication at the University of Tebessa. The main research question addressed is: What is the effect of AI applications on the academic achievement of university students? The study adopts a descriptive approach as the general research framework, utilizing an electronic questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The sample consisted of approximately 118 students selected deliberately from the aforementioned faculty. The findings revealed that AI applications have a positive influence on students’ academic performance. However, the study also identified several challenges students face when using these applications, most notably a lack of academic guidance on how to utilize them effectively. In light of these findings, the study proposes several recommendations aimed at promoting the effective integration of AI technologies into the academic learning process.
