Résumé:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور المنصات الرقمية التعليمية في التحصيل الدراسي، من خلال تحليل تجربة منصة UFC التعليمية، وذلك على عينة من طلبة جامعة التكوين المتواصل - مركز ديدوش مراد تبسة. وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإجابة عن إشكالية الدراسة، مستعينين باستبيان إلكتروني كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وُجّه إلى الطلبة الذين أبدوا استجابة طوعية للمشاركة.
سعت الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر استخدام منصة UFC على مستوى التحصيل الدراسي، من خلال قياس عدة مؤشرات مثل: سهولة الوصول إلى المحتوى، التفاعل مع الأساتذة والزملاء، توفر الموارد الرقمية، ودور المنصة في تعزيز الفهم والاستيعاب. كما تم تحليل تصورات الطلبة حول جودة الخدمات التعليمية التي توفرها المنصة، ومدى فعاليتها في دعم عملية التعلم .
أظهرت نتائج التحليل أن المنصة الرقمية UFC تُعد أداة فعالة في تحسين التحصيل الدراسي، حيث ساهمت في توفير بيئة تعليمية مرنة وداعمة، مكّنت الطلبة من متابعة دراستهم بوتيرة تتناسب مع قدراتهم وظروفهم الخاصة. كما كشفت النتائج أن الاستعمال المنتظم للمنصة يسهم في تنمية التعلم الذاتي وتحقيق نتائج أكاديمية أفضل. بالمقابل، أبرزت الدراسة بعض التحديات المرتبطة بضعف التكوين الرقمي لبعض المستخدمين، وكذا محدودية الاتصال بالإنترنت في بعض الحالات وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بتكثيف التكوينات الخاصة باستخدام المنصات التعليمية، وتحسين البنية التحتية الرقمية، وتشجيع التفاعل النشط مع المحتوى، بما يعزز من جودة الأداء الأكاديمي ويواكب التحولات الرقمية في التعليم العالي
Abstract in English:
This study aims to explore the role of digital educational platforms in academic achievement by analyzing the experience of the UFC platform, based on a voluntary sample of students from the University of Continuing Education – Didouche Mourad Center, Tebessa. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, using an online questionnaire as the main data collection tool, distributed to students who voluntarily agreed to participate.
The study sought to assess the impact of the UFC platform on students’ academic performance by measuring several indicators, including ease of access to content, interaction with instructors and peers, availability of digital resources, and the platform’s role in enhancing comprehension and learning outcomes. It also analyzed students’ perceptions of the platform’s educational quality and effectiveness.
The results revealed that the UFC platform significantly contributes to improving academic achievement by providing a flexible and supportive learning environment that allows students to study at their own pace. Regular use of the platform was found to promote self-directed learning and better academic results. However, some challenges were identified, such as limited digital skills among some users and poor internet connectivity.
In light of these findings, the study recommends strengthening training on platform use, improving digital infrastructure, and encouraging active engagement with content to enhance academic performance and keep pace with the digital transformation in higher education.
