Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة لمعالجة موضوع اتجاهات هيئة التدريس نحو اعتماد تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي في الاتصال العلمي، وذلك في ضوء نظرية انتشار المبتكرات حيث سعت إلى إبراز مواقف الأساتذة الجامعين اتجاه استخدام هذه التقنيات في سياق العملية التعليمية والأنشطة البيداغوجية، وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لتحليل وتفسير بيانات الاستبيان الذي تم اعتماده كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، حيث تم توزيعه على عينة قصدية مكونة من 54 أستاذ من كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية من مختلف التخصصات، وقد أظهرت النتائج توجها ايجابيا مشروطا لدى هيئة التدريس نحو اعتماد تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي في الاتصال العلمي، مدفوعا بالرغبة في تحسين جودة المخرجات الاتصالية والمعرفية، إلا أن هذا التوجه لا يزال محدودا بسبب ضعف التكوين العملي، غياب التشجيع المؤسسي، والقلق من فقدان الأصالة أو تراجع المبادرة الفردية، توصي الدراسة بتبني هذه التقنيات بشكل مبدئي وواقعي مع مراعاة التحديات الأخلاقية والمنهجية، وتوفير الشروط الداعمة كالتعليم والتدريب، وإصدار اطر تنظيمية وضوابط أكاديمية مع التأكيد على ضرورة تحقيق توازن بين الاستفادة من الذكاء الاصطناعي وضمان الجودة والمصداقية.

This study aims to address the topic of faculty attitudes toward the adoption of generative artificial intelligence technologies in scientific communication, in light of the Diffusion of Innovations Theory. It seeks to highlight university professors’ perspectives on the use of these technologies within the context of the educational process and pedagogical activities. The study adopted a descriptive approach to analyze and interpret the data collected through a questionnaire, which served as the main tool for gathering information. The questionnaire was distributed to a purposive sample of 54 professors from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, representing various specializations. The results revealed a conditionally positive orientation among faculty members toward adopting generative AI technologies in scientific communication. This orientation is driven by a desire to improve the quality of communicative and cognitive outputs. However, this inclination remains limited due to a lack of practical training, absence of institutional encouragement, and concerns about losing originality or diminishing individual initiative. The study recommends the preliminary and realistic adoption of these technologies, taking into account ethical and methodological challenges, while providing supportive conditions such as education and training, issuing regulatory frameworks and academic guidelines, and emphasizing the need to balance the benefits of AI with ensuring quality and credibility.
