Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير استراتيجيات الاتصال الحديثة على أداء الأكاديميين في الجامعة، وذلك من خلال الإنطلاق من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده: كيف تؤثر إستراتيجيات الاتصال الحديثة على تحسين أداء الأكاديميين الجامعيين من دكاترة كلية الأداب واللغات بجامعة الشيخ الشهيد العربي التبسي؟ وقد سعت الدراسة إلى تحقيق الأهداف المتمثلة في التعرف على أبرز استراتيجيات الاتصال الحديثة المستخدمة من قبل دكاترة كلية الأداب واللغات بجامعة تبسة و أثر توظيفها على أدائهم إضافة إلى تحديد التحديات والصعوبات التي تواجههم في استخدام استراتيجيات الاتصال الحديثة، وذلك من خلال التركيز على عينة قصدية من أساتذة كلية الآداب واللغات بجامعة تبسة مكونة من 80 مفردة وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج المسحي ، واستخدمت الدراسة استبانة إلكترونية كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن استخدام تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة مثل البريد الإلكتروني الأكاديمي، المنصات الرقمية، وتطبيقات التواصل المهني، أسهم بشكل إيجابي في تحسين التفاعل بين الأساتذة والطلبة، وتسهيل تبادل المعلومات، ورفع كفاءة العمل الأكاديمي. كما أبانت الدراسة عن بعض التحديات مثل ضعف التكوين الرقمي وصعوبة التأقلم مع بعض الأدوات الحديثة. Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of modern communication strategies on the performance of university academics. It is guided by a central research question: How do modern communication strategies influence the improvement of the academic performance of the professors at the Faculty of Arts and Languages at the University of Sheikh Al-Shahid Larbi Tebessi? The study sought to achieve specific objectives, including identifying the main modern communication strategies used by professors at the Faculty of Arts and Languages at Tebessa University, examining the effect of employing these strategies on their performance, and determining the challenges and difficulties they encounter when using such strategies. To address these objectives, the study focused on a purposive sample of 80 faculty members from the Faculty of Arts and Languages at Tebessa University. It employed the survey method and relied on an online questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The results revealed that the use of modern communication technologies — such as academic email, digital platforms, and professional communication applications — has positively contributed to enhancing interaction between professors and students, facilitating information exchange, and improving academic work efficiency. However, the study also highlighted certain challenges, including insufficient digital training and difficulties adapting to some modern tools.
