Résumé:
this study aims to shed light on the communication skills employed by content creators on the YouTube platform, through the analysis of a sample of videos published on the “Jamal Taleb” channel during the period from February 1 to May 13, 2025. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, specifically using content analysis as a tool to observe and interpret the communicative characteristics that distinguish the performance of the content creator.
The results of the study show that Jamal Taleb employs a diverse range of communication skills, including clarity of expression, persuasion, storytelling, body language, and audience interaction, in addition to the effective use of sound, visuals, and digital techniques to convey messages. It also became clear that the channel’s content tends to take a documentary, touristic, and informational nature, reflecting the creator’s ability to adapt to audience interests and deliver an engaging and human-centered viewing experience.
The study concludes that communication skills are a fundamental factor in the success of YouTube content creators, as they contribute to attracting followers, building trust, and ensuring sustainability.
