Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة دور الرقمنة في تحسين آليات الاتصال الداخلي في المؤسسة الجامعية، مع التركيز على كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية في القطب الجامعي دريد عبد المجيد - بولحاف الدير - تبسة. تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف كيف يمكن أن تسهم أدوات وتقنيات الرقمنة في تعزيز فعالية الاتصال بين الأساتذة الإداريين والموظفين. وقد تمت الدراسة من خلال جمع بيانات ميدانية عبر استبيانات ومقابلات، حيث شملت عينة من الأساتذة والموظفين. أظهرت النتائج أن الرقمنة تؤدي إلى تحسين سرعة وفعالية التواصل، وتسهيل تبادل المعلومات، مما يعزز من بيئة العمل والتعاون بين الأفراد. ومنه تسجل الدراسة أهمية اعتماد استراتيجيات رقمية متكاملة لتحسين الاتصال الداخلي، مما يسهم في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة الجامعية وتطوير الأداء الأكاديمي والإداري. Study Summary This study addresses the role of digitization in improving internal communication mechanisms within the university institution, focusing on the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Driedd Abd El-Majid University Campus - Boulehaf Dyr - Tebessa. The study aims to explore how digitization tools and techniques can enhance the effectiveness of communication between administrative faculty and staff. Data were collected through field surveys and interviews, involving a sample of faculty members and staff. The results showed that digitization leads to improved speed and effectiveness of communication, facilitating information exchange and enhancing the work environment and collaboration among individuals. Thus, the study highlights the importance of adopting integrated digital strategies to improve internal communication, contributing to the achievement of university objectives and the development of academic and administrative performance
