واقع الاتصال المسؤول بالمؤسسة الصناعية دراسة حالة في مؤسسة جيكا للإسمنت تبسة

Abstract

ركزت دراستي على موضوع الاتصال المسؤول داخل المؤسسة الصناعية، واخترت كمجال ميداني مؤسسة الاسمنت تبسة "جيكا "، بهدف التعمق في واقع هذا النوع من الاتصال، ومعرفة دوره الحقيقي في تحسين بيئة العمل، وتطوير العلاقات بين مختلف الاقسام والجهات داخل المؤسسة، وكذا مدى مساهمته في تعزيز صورة المؤسسة لدى المسؤولين والعمال والمحيط الخارجي. حاولت من خلال هذه الدراسة أن أفهم كيف يُمارس الاتصال المسؤول داخل المؤسسة، وهل فعلا هناك وعي كافٍ بأهميته، وما هي التحديات والعراقيل التي تعرقل تفعيله. كما اهتممت بالجانب التطبيقي، فقمت بتوزيع استبيان على مجموعة من المسؤولين الذين بلغ عددهم 61، ثم قمت بتحليل الاجابات ومقارنتها بأهداف الدراسة وتساؤلاتها. ومن خلال النتائج التي توصلت اليها، لاحظت ان هناك وعيًا مبدئياً لدى المسؤولين بمفهوم الاتصال المسؤول، لكنه ما يزال غير مطبٌق بشكل منظم او مستمر. كما ان هناك نقصًا في التكوين والتنسيق، واستعمال الوسائل التكنولوجية لا يزال محدوداً. ومع ذلك، لمست ايضا إرادة لتحسين هذا الوضع إذا توفرت ظروف العمل الملائمة ودُعمت المبادرات داخل المؤسسة. وقد اقترحت في نهاية الدراسة بعض الحلول الواقعية القابلة للتطبيق، مثل تنظيم دورات تدريبية، وضع استراتيجية واضحة للاتصال، تحسين ادوات التواصل، وفتح قنوات الحوار بين المسؤولين والموظفين، بما يعزز من فعالية الاداء ويرفع من جودة العمل التنظيمي والمهني، ودعم ممارسات اتصال أكثر مسؤولية وفعالية. Abstract: My study focused on the topic of responsible communication within the industrial institution, and I chose the Tebessa Cement Company "GICA" as the field of study, with the aim of delving into the reality of this type of communication, understanding its true role in improving the work environment, developing relationships between various departments and entities within the institution, and its contribution to enhancing the institution's image among managers, workers, and the external environment. I tried through this study to understand how responsible communication is practiced within the institution, whether there is indeed sufficient awareness of its importance, and what challenges and obstacles hinder its activation. I also focused on the practical aspect, distributing a questionnaire to a group of 61 officials, then analyzing the responses and comparing them with the study's objectives and questions. Through the results I reached, I noticed that there is a preliminary awareness among the officials of the concept of responsible communication, but it is still not applied in an organized or continuous manner. There is also a lack of training and coordination, and the use of technological means is still limited. However, I also sensed a willingness to improve this situation if suitable working conditions are provided and initiatives within the organization are supported. At the end of the study, I proposed some realistic and applicable solutions, such as organizing training courses, establishing a clear communication strategy, improving communication tools, and opening channels of dialogue between managers and employees, which would enhance performance effectiveness and improve the quality of organizational and professional work, and support more responsible and effective communication practices.
