الخصائص السيكوسوسيولوجية للمعتدي تحليل مضمون الفاعل الاجتماعي

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الخصائص السيكوسوسيولوجية للمعتدي الجنسي، من خلال تحليل مضمون إعترافات حقيقية صادرة عن فاعلين جنسيين منحرفين. و قد إرتكزت المقاربة المعتمدة على تحليل متعدد الأبعاد، يجمع بين البعدين النفسي و الإجتماعي، لفهم الميكانيزمات العميقة التي تسهم في تشكل هذا النمط من الجريمة، بعيدًا عن التبسيط أو التفسير الأحادي. إذّْ لا يمثل الإعتداء الجنسي مجرد خرق قانوني، بل هو إنعكاس لتاريخ طويل من التشوهات البنيوية التي طالت مسار الجاني منذ الطفولة، و شكلت قاعدة لإنحرافه. من خلال التمحيص في السياق العائلي و التنشئة الإجتماعية و التجارب الصدمية الأولى، إضافة إلى تتبع الإضطرابات السلوكية المتكررة، تمكنت الدراسة من بلورة ملامح مركبة للمعتدي ، تُظهر تداخلًا واضحًا بين التجارب المؤلمة المبكرة، و إنعدان الروابط الإجتماعية السليمة، و العجز عن تنظيم الدوافع و الإنفعالات. كما سمحت عينة الدراسة بتحديد أنماط متكررة كالنمط السيكوباتي، و البيدوفيليا، و المعتدي الذي سبق و أن كان ضحية، مع رصد قدرته على التخفي داخل المجتمع بفعل ذكاء إجتماعي تمويهي. Summary: This study aims to uncover the psycho-sociological characteristics of sexual offenders by analyzing the content of real confessions made by deviant sexual perpetrators. The approach used is a multidimensional analysis, combining both psychological and social aspects, to understand the deep mechanisms that contribute to the formation of this type of crime, far from simplification or one-dimensional explanations. Sexual assault is not merely a legal violation; it is a reflection of a long history of structural distortions that have affected the perpetrator’s life since childhood, forming the foundation for their deviance. By scrutinizing the family context, socialization, early traumatic experiences, as well as tracking repeated behavioral disorders, the study was able to outline complex features of the offender, revealing a clear interconnection between early painful experiences, the lack of healthy social bonds, and the inability to regulate impulses and emotions. The study sample also helped identify recurring patterns such as the psychopathic type, pedophilia, and the offender who was previously a victim, while also noting their ability to hide within society due to a deceptive social intelligence.
