Abstract

يواجه الموصومون اجتماعياً من السجناء السابقين تحديات متعددة الأبعاد تعيق إعادة اندماجهم في المجتمع وتزيد من احتمالية عودتهم للجريمة. يعانون من رفض منهجي في مجالات العمل والسكن والعلاقات الاجتماعية، مع اشتراط شهادة عدم المحكومية كعائق جوهري للتوظيف، مما يؤدي إلى هشاشة اقتصادية ومهنية. نفسياً، يتعرضون لتحولات عميقة تتمثل في الانطواء والقلق المستمر وتشوه الصورة الذاتية واستيعاب النظرة المجتمعية الدونية. تتمحور انشغالاتهم الرئيسية حول البحث عن سبل للاندماج الاجتماعي من خلال العمل والالتزام الديني والتوجه للاستقلالية المهنية، مع الاعتماد على دعم العائلة (خاصة الأمهات) والإيمان كعوامل وقائية ضد العود للجريمة. يطالبون بنهج شمولي لمعالجة الوصم يجمع بين تعديل التشريعات، وتغيير النظرة المجتمعية، وإنشاء مؤسسات متخصصة للتأهيل، وتوفير فرص عمل وقروض ميسرة، معتبرين أن كسر حلقة الوصم والعود للجريمة مسؤولية مشتركة بين الفرد والمجتمع والدولة. Former prisoners stigmatized by society face multidimensional challenges that hinder their reintegration and increase their likelihood of reoffending. They experience systematic rejection in employment, housing, and social relationships, with criminal record requirements creating a fundamental barrier to employment, leading to economic and professional vulnerability. Psychologically, they undergo profound transformations manifested in social withdrawal, persistent anxiety, distorted self-image, and internalization of society's negative perceptions. Their primary concerns revolve around finding pathways to social reintegration through employment, religious commitment, and professional independence, while relying on family support (especially from mothers) and faith as protective factors against recidivism. They advocate for a comprehensive approach to addressing stigmatization that combines legislative reforms, changing societal perspectives, establishing specialized rehabilitation institutions, and providing employment opportunities and accessible loans, considering that breaking the cycle of stigmatization and recidivism is a shared responsibility among individuals, society, and the state.
