التصورات الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين نحو جرائم المرأة الرقمية دراسة ميدانية: بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية جامعة تبسة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف التصورات الاجتماعية لدى طلبة الجامعات نحو جرائم المرأة الرقمية، خاصة في ظل التغيرات التكنولوجية المتسارعة التي خلقت بيئة افتراضية جديدة مليئة بالتحديات والفرص. استند البحث إلى عينة من طلاب الماجستير من جامعة تبسة، وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام استبيانات منظمة حول مفاهيم وأنماط ودوافع الجرائم الرقمية التي ترتكبها النساء. أظهرت النتائج أن غالبية الطلبة يدركون مفهوم جرائم المرأة الرقمية، ويعتقدون أن النساء المجرمات رقميا غالبا ما يكنّ ضحايا أكثر من كونهن مجرمات، بينما يرون أن هناك توجهًا مجتمعيًا نحو التخفيف من مسؤولية المرأة عند ارتكابها لهذه الجرائم. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود اختلافات بين الجرائم الرقمية التقليدية والنسائية، مع تباين في التصورات بين الجنسين. تكشف هذه الدراسة عن أبعاد معرفية وسلوكية مهمة تسهم في فهم الظاهرة الرقمية النسائية، وتدعو إلى تعزيز الوعي الرقمي ومراجعة التصورات الاجتماعية التقليدية. Abstract: This study aims to explore the social perceptions of university students toward women's digital crimes, particularly amid the rapid technological changes that have created a new virtual environment full of challenges and opportunities. The research focused on a sample of Master’s students from the University of Tebessa, utilizing structured questionnaires addressing the concepts, types, and motives of digital crimes committed by women. The results revealed that the majority of students were aware of the concept of women's digital crimes and believed that female digital offenders were often more victims than criminals. Moreover, there was a noted societal tendency to mitigate women’s responsibility for these crimes. The findings also highlighted differences between traditional and digital crimes committed by women, with variations in perceptions across genders. This study provides valuable insights into the cognitive and behavioral dimensions of women's digital criminality and calls for enhanced digital literacy and a reevaluation of traditional social perceptions
