دور الضحية في تحفيز الجريمة من خلال برامج التحقيقات الأمنية في القنوات التلفزيونية الجزائرية الخاصة برنامج تحريات على قناة النهار أنموذجا

Abstract

تعتبر دراسة موضوع دور الضحية في تحفيز الجريمة مهمة لفهم ديناميكية الجريمة بشكل أعمق حيث تظهر أن الضحية قد تسهم أحيانا بقصد أو دون قصد، في وقوع الجريمة و هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور الضحية في تحفيز الجريمة من خلال محاولة الوصول الى :  معرفة السلوكيات التي تجعل من الضحية اكثر عرضة للجريمة من خلال برنامج التحقيقات الامنية "تحريات"  معرفة ما اذا كان للعلاقة بين الضحية والمجرم دور في تحفيز الجريمة كن خلال برنامج التحقيقات الامنية "تحريات"  معرفة السياقات التي تساهم في جعل الضحية عاملا محفزا في وقوع الجريمة . ومن اجل معالجة هذه الدراسة ومحاولة الوصول الى تحقيق هذه الاهداف طرحت الدراسة التساؤلات التالية: 1. ماهي السلوكيات التي تجعل من الضحية اكثر عرضة للجريمة من خلال برنامج التحقيقات الامنية " تحريات " في القنوات الجزائرية الخاصة قناة النهار TV ؟ 2. هل للعلاقة بين الضحية والمجرم دور في تحفيز الجريمة من خلال برنامج التحقيقات الأمنية " تحريات " في القنوات الجزائرية الخاصة قناة النهار TV ؟ 3. ما هي السياقات التي تساهم في جعل الضحية عاملا محفزا لوقوع الجريمة من خلال برنامج التحقيقات الأمنية " تحريات " في القنوات الجزائرية الخاصة قناة النهار TV ؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تم الاعتماد على المنهج الكيفي على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 12 فديو من برنامج التحقيقات الامنية "تحريات" المبث على قناة النهار TV طبقت عليهم اداة تحليل المحتوى وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج :  السلوكيات الفردية للضحية عامل محفز للجريمة فتصرفات الضحية مثل التهور، مشاركة المعلومات الشخصية، التباهي بالممتلكات، والاستفزاز اللفظي أو الجسدي ساهمت بشكل مباشر في حدوث الجريمة  العلاقة بين الضحية والمجرم تسهل ارتكاب الجريمة فوجود علاقة مسبقة بين الطرفين (صداقة، عاطفة، زمالة..) خفض من حس الحذر لدى الضحية، ومكّن المجرم من استغلال نقاط ضعفها.  السياقات الزمانية والمكانية تعزز فرص الجريمة فوقوع الجرائم في أوقات متأخرة وأماكن معزولة ساهم في تسهيل تنفيذ الجريمة.  السياقات النفسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية كالفقر او الحالة الميسورة لضحية تؤثر على قابلية الضحية للاستهداف مثل غياب الدعم الأسري، الهشاشة الاجتماعية، الاضطرابات النفسية، والشعور بالإحباط جعل الضحايا أكثر عرضة للاستغلال، بسبب ضعف قدرتهم على التقدير والحماية الذاتية. Abstract : The study of "the victim's role in instigating crime" is crucial for a deeper understanding of crime dynamics, revealing that victims may sometimes contribute intentionally or unintentionally to the occurrence of a crime. This study aimed to identify the victim's role in motivating crime by attempting to determine: - The behaviors that make a victim more susceptible to crime through the security investigation program "Tahariyat." - Whether the relationship between the victim and the perpetrator plays a role in instigating crime, as explored in the security investigation program "Tahariyat." - The contexts that contribute to making the victim a motivating factor in the occurrence of crime. To address this study and achieve these objectives, the following questions were posed: - What behaviors make a victim more susceptible to crime, as depicted in the security investigation program "Tahariyat" on the Algerian private channel Ennahar TV? - Does the relationship between the victim and the perpetrator play a role in instigating crime, as portrayed in the security investigation program "Tahariyat" on the Algerian private channel Ennahar TV? - What contexts contribute to making the victim a motivating factor in the occurrence of crime, as shown in the security investigation program "Tahariyat" on the Algerian private channel Ennahar TV? To answer these questions, a descriptive approach was adopted on a random sample of 12 videos from the security investigation program "Tahariyat" broadcast on Ennahar TV Content analysis was applied as the research tool The study reached the following conclusions : - Individual behaviors of the victim are a motivating factor for crime. The victim's actions, such as recklessness, sharing personal information, boasting about possessions, and verbal or physical provocation, directly contributed to the occurrence of the crime. - The relationship between the victim and the perpetrator facilitates the commission of the crime. A prior relationship between the parties (friendship, affection, acquaintance) reduced the victim's caution and enabled the perpetrator to exploit their weaknesses. - Temporal and spatial contexts enhance the opportunities for crime. The occurrence of crimes at late hours and in isolated places facilitated the execution of the crime. - Psychological, social, and economic contexts, such as poverty or the victim's affluence, affect the victim's susceptibility to targeting. Factors like the absence of family support, social vulnerability, psychological disorders, and feelings of frustration made victims more vulnerable to exploitation due to their impaired ability to assess risks and protect themselves.
