الخلفية السوسيوثقافية لضحايا الاعتداء الجنسي "دراسة تحليلية لمجموعة من الفيديوات

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة المصنفة ضمن البحوث الكيفية ذات الطابع الاستكشافي( Exploratory Researches)، إلى تحليل الخلفية السوسيوثقافية لضحايا الاعتداء الجنسي، وذلك من خلال تبني منهج دراسة الحالة الذي يعتمد على التحليل المعمق المعطيات نوعية مستخلصة من شهادات الضحايا، كما وردت في مجموعة من الفيديوهات الاعلامية؛ وقد تم توجيه التركيز نحو تحليل مضامين الخطاب الشفري والسلوكي للضحايا، بغية الكشف عن الأنساق الاجتماعية والثقافية التي شكلت إطارا لتجاربهم، وتحديد العوامل البنيوية التي أسهمت في تعرضهم للاعتداء، شملت الدراسة ثماني حالات تم اختيارها بشكل قصدي، بهدف تمثيل تنوع السياقات الاجتماعية والثقافية المحيطة، حيث تم تحليل أقوال الضحايا وسيرهم الذاتية منذ مرحلة الطفولة، مع تسليط الضوء على مسارات التنشئة الاجتماعية. طبيعة العلاقات الأسرية والبيئات المجتمعية التي نشأوا فيها. وقد كشفت نتائج التحليل عن مجموعة من العوامل المشتركة بين الضحايا، كان أبرزها التفكك الأسري غياب آليات الحماية الاجتماعية التهميش المجتمعي، إضافة إلى الانغلاق الثقافي حول مسائل الجسد والجنس. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن السياقات الثقافية المحافظة، التي تكرس ثقافة الصمت وتلقي باللوم على الضحية بدلاً من الجاني، ساهمت في تعميق معاناة الضحايا، ومنعت العديد منهم من الإفصاح عما تعرضوا له أو طلب المساعدة في الوقت المناسب. وتؤكد نتائج هذه الدراسة أن المنهج الكيفي، القائم على تحليل الشهادات المباشرة، يسمح بفهم أدق وأشمل لديناميكيات الاعتداء الجنسي ويساهم في الكشف عن الخلفيات السوسيوثقافية التي تزيد من هشاشة بعض الفئات وتعرضها لمثل هذه الأفعال. This study, classified as an exploratory qualitative research, aims to: ), to analyze the sociocultural background of victims of sexual assault, by adopting a case study approach, which relies on in-depth analysis of qualitative data extracted from victims' testimonies, as contained in a set of media videos. The focus was on analyzing the content of the victims' verbal and behavioral discourse, with the aim of revealing the social and cultural patterns that framed their experiences and identifying the structural factors that contributed to their exposure to assault. The study included eight cases, deliberately selected to represent the diversity of the surrounding social and cultural contexts. The victims' statements and biographies were analyzed from childhood, highlighting their socialization trajectories, the nature of family relationships, and the societal environments in which they grew up. The results of the analysis revealed a set of common factors among the victims, most notably family disintegration, the absence of social protection mechanisms, societal marginalization, and cultural isolation surrounding issues of the body and sex. The study also showed that conservative cultural contexts, which perpetuate a culture of silence and place blame on the victim rather than the perpetrator, deepened the suffering of victims and prevented many of them from disclosing their experiences or seeking timely assistance. The results of this study confirm that a qualitative approach, based on analyzing firsthand testimonies, allows for a more accurate and comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of sexual assault and contributes to uncovering the sociocultural backgrounds that increase the vulnerability of certain groups to such acts.
