دور الأسرة في عملية التوجيه المدرسي لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي دراسة ميدانية بثانوية سعدي الصديق-تبسة

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع دور الأسرة في عملية التوجيه لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية، باعتبار الأسرة البيئة الأولى التي تؤثر في بناء شخصية التلميذ وتحديد توجهاته الدراسية والمهنية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى وعي الأسر بأهمية التوجيه، وكيفية دعمها لأبنائها في اتخاذ قرارات مستقبلية صائبة، مع التركيز على مستوى التعاون والتكامل بين الأسرة والمؤسسة التربوية في مرافقة التلميذ خلال المسار الدراسي. وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كإطار منهجي مناسب لطبيعة الموضوع، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيانات موجهة لتلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية، بالإضافة إلى مقابلات أجريت مع أولياء الأمور ومستشاري التوجيه التربوي. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن للأسرة دورًا فعّالًا في توجيه التلاميذ، إذ يمكن أن يكون هذا الدور إيجابيًا حين تقدّم الأسرة دعماً نفسياً وإرشاداً سليماً مبنيًا على الحوار، وسلبيًا في حال تدخل الأسرة بفرض رغباتها الشخصية على التلميذ، أو في حال غياب التواصل والتنسيق مع مستشار التوجيه والمؤسسة التعليمية. خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تعزيز وعي الأسرة بأهمية التوجيه التربوي، والعمل على تطوير شراكة فعّالة بين الأسرة والمدرسة، بما يضمن توجيهًا ناجحًا يراعي ميولات التلميذ ويساعده على تحقيق اختيارات دراسية ومهنية ملائمة. .............................................. Abstract: This study explores the role of the family in the guidance process of secondary school students, considering the family as the primary environment influencing the development of the student's personality and shaping their academic and career orientation. The main objective is to assess the extent of families' awareness regarding the importance of educational guidance and their methods of supporting children in making appropriate future decisions. The study also examines the level of cooperation between the family and the school in this regard. The descriptive-analytical method was adopted as the appropriate methodological approach. Data was collected through questionnaires directed at secondary school students, and interviews conducted with parents and educational guidance counselors. The findings revealed that the family's role can be highly positive when support and guidance are provided correctly through communication and understanding. However, it can also be negative when parents impose their personal desires or when there is a lack of communication and coordination with the school. The study concludes by emphasizing the need to raise family awareness about their critical role in the guidance process and to promote an effective partnership between the school and the family, in order to ensure successful academic and career guidance that respects the student’s interests and aspirations.
