اتجاهات الطالبات نحو ريادة الاعمال النسوية في الجزائر، دراسة ميدانية لعينة من الطالبات صاحبات المشاريع بجامعة العربي التبسي _ تبسة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة اتجاهات الطالبات نحو ريادة الأعمال النسوية بجامعة تبسة، وهذا من خلال الإجابة على التساؤل الذي مفاده؛ ما اتجاهات الطالبات نحو ريادة الأعمال النسوية في الجزائر؟ و هذا التساؤل المركزي يقود الباحث في هذه الدراسة إلى الأسئلة الفرعية الأتية: • ما إتجاهات الطالبات نحو دورطموحاتهن في إنجاز المشروع المستقل؟ • ما إتجاهات الطالبات نحو مساهمة التفكير الإبداعي في دفعهن نحو التوجه الريادي؟ • ما إتجاهات الطالبات نحو أهمية الدعم الإجتماعي في إنجاز مشروعهم الشخصي؟ • ما إتجاه الطالبات نحو إسهام قدراتهن على تحمل مخاطر المشروع الحر؟ و لقد قامت الباحثتان بصياغة الفرضيات الاتية للإجابة على هذه التساؤلات بدرجة ثقة 95% و مستوى دلالة 0.05. كالاتي: •هناك اتجاه إيجابي للطالبات نحو دور طموحاتهن في إنجاز المشروع المستقل. •هناك اتجاه إيجابي للطالبات نحو مساهمة التفكير الابداعي في دفعهن نحو التوجه الريادي. •هناك اتجاه ايجابي للطالبات نحو أهمية الدعم الاجتماعي في إنجاز مشروعهن الشخصي. •هناك اتجاه سلبي للطالبات نحو إسهام قدراتهن على تحمل مخاطر المشروع الحر. تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ، وتم استخدام استبيان الكتروني وورقي موزع على عينة قصدية قدرت بـ (103طالبة) من الطالبات الجامعيات صاحبات المشاريع . وبعد تحليل استجابات المبحوثات؛ وصلت الدراسة لاثبات الفرضيات الثلاث المتعلقة بالطموح الشخصي و التفكير الابداعي و الدعم الاجتماعي،في ما تم دحض الفرضيةالرابعة المتعلقة بروح المخاطرة. هذه النتائج نبرزها في ما يلي: • هناك اتجاه إيجابي للطالبات نحو دور طموحاتهن في إنجاز المشروع المستقل. • هناك اتجاه إيجابي للطالبات نحو مساهمة التفكير الابداعي في دفعهن نحو التوجه الريادي. • هناك اتجاه ايجابي للطالبات نحو أهمية الدعم الاجتماعي في إنجاز مشروعهن الشخصي. • هناك اتجاه ايجابي للطالبات نحو إسهام قدراتهن على تحمل مخاطر المشروع الحر .............................................................. Abstract This study aimed to explore the attitudes of female students toward feminist entrepreneurship at the University of Tebessa, by answering the central research question: What are the attitudes of female students toward feminist entrepreneurship in Algeria ? This central question led the researchers to formulate the following sub-questions: • What are the students’ attitudes toward the role of their ambitions in accomplishing independent projects? • What are the students’ attitudes toward the contribution of creative thinking in driving them toward entrepreneurship? • What are the students’ attitudes toward the importance of social support in achieving their personal projects? • What are the students’ attitudes toward their ability to take on the risks associated with free enterprise? To answer these questions with a 95% confidence level and a significance level of 0.05, the researchers proposed the following hypotheses: Female students hold a positive attitude toward the role of ambition in accomplishing independent projects. Female students hold a positive attitude toward the role of creative thinking in promoting entrepreneurial orientation. Female students hold a positive attitude toward the importance of social support in achieving personal projects. Female students hold a negative attitude toward their ability to take on the risks of independent entrepreneurial ventures. . The study adopted a descriptive methodology and used both electronic and paper-based questionnaires distributed to a purposive sample of 103 female university students who were project holders. After analyzing the responses, the study confirmed the first three hypotheses related to personal ambition, creative thinking, and social support, while the fourth hypothesis related to risk-taking was refuted. The key findings are as follows: Female students have a positive attitude toward the role of ambition in accomplishing independent project. Female students have a positive attitude toward the contribution of creative thinking in promoting entrepreneurial orientation .Female students have a positive attitude toward the importance of social support in achieving their personal projects .Female students also have a positive attitude toward their ability to take on the risks of entrepreneurial ventures.
