Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى رصد إتجاهات الطلبة نحو عملية التوظيف في ظل متطلبات سوق العمل المعاصر دراسة ميدانية بقسم علم الاجتماع القطب الجامعي الشهيد دريد عبد المجيد بولحاف الدير، وهذا من خلال الإجابة عن التساؤل الذي مفاده ما إتجاهات الطلبة نحو عملية التوظيف في ظل متطلبات سوق العمل المعاصر؟ وقد انبثق عن هذا السؤال مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية تمثلت في: ما إتجاهات الطلبة نحو طبيعة التكوين الأكاديمي . - ما إتجاهات الطلبة نحو المهن الجديدة في سوق العمل. - ما إتجاهات الطلبة نحو طبيعة التكوين الأكاديمي. - ما إتجاهات الطلبة نحو المهن الجديدة في سوق العمل وفي سبيل الإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة صيغت مجموعة من الفرضيات: - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الطلبة نحو طبيعة التكوين الأكاديمي حسب الجنس. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الطلبة نحو المهن الجديدة في سوق العمل حسب التخصص. تم الإعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتم إستخدام إستمارة إستبيان موزعة على 99 طالب وطالبة مستوى سنة ثانية ماستر علم الاجتماع، وبعد تحليل إستجابات المبحوثين، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها - لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الطلبة نحو طبيعة التكوين الأكاديمي حسب الجنس . -لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الطلبة نحو المهن الجديدة في سوق العمل حسب التخصص . - أغلبية الإجابات كانت ب موافق وهذا يدل على أنها آيجابية. Abstract : This study aimed to monitor students' attitudes toward the employment process in light of the demands of the contemporary labor market. A field study conducted in the Department of Sociology at the University Pole of Martyr Drid Abdelmajid Boulhaf Al-Dir. This study was conducted by answering the question: "What are students' attitudes toward the employment process in light of the demands of the contemporary labor market?" This question gave rise to a set of sub-questions, including: To answer the study's questions, a set of hypotheses were formulated: - There are statistically significant differences in students' attitudes toward the nature of academic training by gender. - There are statistically significant differences in students' attitudes toward new professions in the labor market by specialization. This study adopted the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was distributed to 99 male and female st. students in the second year of the Master's degree in Sociology. After analyzing the respondents' responses, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There were no statistically significant differences in students' attitudes toward the nature of academic training by gender. - There were no statistically significant differences in students' attitudes toward new professions in the labor market by specialization. - The majority of responses were "yes," indicating a positive response.
