Abstract

حملت هذه الدراسة عنوان: "دور الاتصال التنظيمي في تحقيق مستوى التوافق المهني لدى العاملين بمؤسسة تعاونية الحبوب والبقول الجافة بولاية تبسة " من إعداد الطالبتين: جدي راضية –بوعلاق معيوفة ، تحت إشراف الدكتورة سنوسي سمية، حيث هدفت إلى التعرف على دور الاتصال التنظيمي والتوافق المهني لدى العاملين في مؤسسة تعاونية الحبوب والبقول الجافة بولاية تبسة من خلال الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية : السؤال الرئيسي : ما دور الإتصال التنظيمي في تحقيق مستوى التوافق المهني لدى العاملين بمؤسسة تعاونية الحبوب والبقول الجافة بولاية تبسة؟ التساؤلات الفرعية: ما درجة مساهمة الإتصال الصاعد في تحقيق مستوى التوافق المهني لدى العاملين في مؤسسة تعاونية الحبوب والبقول الجافة بولاية تبسة؟ ما درجة مساهمة الإتصال النازل في تحقيق مستوى التوافق المهني لدى العاملين في مؤسسة تعاونية الحبوب والبقول الجافة بولاية تبسة؟ ما درجة مساهمة الإتصال الأفقي في تحقيق مستوى التوافق المهني لدى العاملين في مؤسسة تعاونية الحبوب والبقول الجافة بولاية تبسة ؟وهذا بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وكل من الملاحظة وإستمارة الإستبيان، بإستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي للعلوم الإجتماعية، وقد لخصت الدراسة إلى النتائج الأتية: - وجود درجة مساهمة متوسطة للاتصال الصاعد في تحقيق مستوى التوافق المهني لدى العاملين. - وجود درجة مساهمة قوية للاتصال النازل في تحقيق مستوى التوافق المهني لدى العاملين. - وجود درجة مساهمة متوسطة للاتصال الافقي في تحقيق مستوى التوافق المهني لدى العاملين. ............................................................................................................................................... This study, entitled "The Role of Organizational Communication in Achieving a Level of Professional Compatibility among Employees of the Grain and Dry Legumes Cooperative in Tebessa Province," was prepared by students Djeddi Radhia and Boualaq Mayoufa, under the supervision of Dr. Senoussi Samia. It aimed to identify the role of organizational communication and professional compatibility among employees of the Grain and Dry Legumes Cooperative in Tebessa Province by answering the following questions: Main question: What is the role of organizational communication in achieving a level of professional compatibility among employees of the Grain and Dry Legumes Cooperative in Tebessa Province ? Sub-questions: What is the degree of contribution of upward communication in achieving a level of professional compatibility among employees of the Grain and Dry Legumes Cooperative in Tebessa Province? What is the degree of contribution of downward communication in achieving a level of professional compatibility among employees of the Grain and Dry Legumes Cooperative in Tebessa Province? What is the degree of contribution of horizontal communication in achieving a level of professional compatibility among employees of the Grain and Dry Legumes Cooperative in Tebessa Province? This study relied on a descriptive approach, including both observation and a questionnaire, using the Statistical Analysis Program for Social Sciences. The study concluded with the following results: - There is a degree of Upward communication has a moderate contribution to achieving a level of professional compatibility among employees. - Downward communication has a strong contribution to achieving a level of professional compatibility among employees. - Horizontal communication has a moderate contribution to achieving a level of professional compatibility among employees.
