هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة التأثير بين تكامل المراكز الوظيفية والأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية - تبسة
ولاجراء هذه الدراسة انطلقنا من سؤال رئيسي ومجموعة من الفرضيات , بالإضافة غلى الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي , وقد تم اجراء الدراسة الميدانية على عينة من العاملين بالمؤسسة باستخدام استبيان صمم وفقا للأبعاد المحددة لكل من المتغيرين .
كما تم الإعتماد على برنامج SPSS ، كما تم الإعتماد على الملاحظة والمقابلة في تحليل البيانات, وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين تكامل المراكز الوظيفية ومستوى فعالية الأداء الوظيفي .............................................
Summary :
The current study aimed to identify the extent of integration among the functional centers and employee in Algerian public Health institution in tebessa.
The study relied on the descriptive approche. A questionnaire was prepared and composed of several sections addressing the topic. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 80 employees, and the data was analyzed using the spss program. The most important of which was the existence of a correlation and an administrative relationship indicating integration between the functional centers and the level of performance of the employees .
