Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على إتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الجامعة حيث تمحورت اشكالية الدراسة حول تساؤل رئيسي مفاده: ما اتجاهات الطلبة نحو استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الجامعة؟ تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية لطلبة علم الإجتماع، بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والعلوم الاجتماعية لجامعة الشهيد الشيخ العربي التبسي، حيث بلغ عددهم 117 مفردة، واستخدمنا أداة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية وأداة الملاحظة كأداة ثانوية وفق المنهج الوصفي لوصف موضوع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في العمليات والخدمات الجامعية، وذلك للوصول الى نتائج أكثر دقة حيث تم التوصل في الأخير الى نتيجة عامة مفادها أن الاتجاهات الايجابية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين نحو التطبيقات والمواقع الالكترونية في كل من العمليات الجامعية والخدمات الجامعية تبقى غير كافية بالقدر الذي كنا نتوقعه، فاتجاهات الطلبة محايدة قريبة من الايجابية...... Abstract: This study aims to explore university students’ attitudes toward information technology at the university. The central research question guiding this study was: What are the students' attitudes toward the use of information technology at the university? A stratified random sample of sociology students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Martyr Sheikh Larbi Tebessi University was used, totaling 117 participants. The main data collection tool was a questionnaire, supplemented by observation as a secondary tool. The study employed a descriptive approach to examine the role of information technology in university operations and services, with the aim of achieving more accurate results. The study ultimately concluded that although university students demonstrate positive attitudes toward electronic applications and websites used in university operations and services, these attitudes are not as strong as expected. Overall, students' attitudes are neutral, leaning slightly toward the positive
