Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تفسير وتحليل واقع وطبيعة الفعل المقاولاتي النسوي بالتركيز على عمل المرأة المقاولة وتأثير البعدين الاجتماعي والثقافي على ممارساتها، ومحاولة فهم ومعرفة العوامل المتحكمة في توجهها للنشاط المقاولاتي، بالإضافة على رصد حقيقة المقاولاتية في مدينة تبسة في تجسدها كمفهوم وحقيقة وواقع، وفي هذا السياق سعت الدراسة إلى البحث في عمق الفعل المقاولاتي للمرأة وطبيعته كنشاط، بناءا على دراسة ميدانية مع عينة من سيدات مقاولات في مدينة تبسة حتى يتسنى لنا فهم موضوع بحثنا بطرح علمي بكل أبعاده ........................................................................ This study aimed to interpret and analyse the reality of women s entrepreneurial action focusing on the work of women enterpreneure and impact of social and cultural dimensions on their practies.it sought to understand the determining factors behind their engagement in this activity in addition to monitoring the reality of entrepreneurship in the city of tebessa as a concept, truth, and reality. In this conext, the study delved into the entrepreneurial action of skilled and professional women, based on a field study with a sample of women entrepreneurs in the city of tebessa, in order to comprehensively understand our research topic through a scientific approach to all dimensions.
