Abstract

ان موضوع الدراسة الحالية يحظى بأهمية كبيرة نظرا لارتباطه بمجموعة من العوامل والمقومات، أبرزها تبني المؤسسات للتحول الرقمي، الذي أحدث تغييرات كبيرة على مستوى الأداء والوظائف نتيجة التطورات السريعة التي يشهدها مجال التحول الرقمي. وهذا ما يجعل هذا الموضوع في غاية الأهمية لفهم ومواكبة التغيرات المستمرة في بيئة العمل. وتنبع أهمية هذه الدراسة وقيمتها العلمية والتنظيمية ضمن مجال العمل من محاولتها فهم اتجاهات الموظفين نحو الإدارة الالكترونية، والتي ستعد انعكاسا طبيعيا لتقييم التجربة الجزائرية في مجال الرقمنة. إذ أن اتجاهات الموظفين نحو الإدارة الالكترونية من شأنها تعزيز الثقة بين مختلف الأطراف المعنية والمؤسسة التي ينتمون إليها مما سيسهم بدوره في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة.

Abstract The subject of the current study is of great importance due to its connection to a set of factors and elements, the most prominent of which is the adoption of digital transformation by institutions, which has brought about significant changes in performance and functions as a result of the rapid developments taking place in digital transformation. This makes this topic of utmost importance for understanding and keeping pace with the ongoing changes in the work environment. The importance of the study and its scientific and organizational value within the field of work stems from its attempt to understand employee attitudes towards e-management, which will be considered a natural reflection of the evaluation of the Algerian experience in the field of digitization. Employees' attitudes towards e-management will enhance trust between stakeholders and the institution of affiliation, which in turn will contribute to achieving the institution's goals.
