Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور جودة الحياة الوظيفية في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين بمديرية الإدارة المحلية لولاية تبسة، وكذا التعرف على الفروثق باختلاف الخصائص السوسيو ديمغرافية، ولمعرفة ذلك تطلبت الدراسة صياغة فرضيات، كما تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، أيضا لجمع البيانات تم اعتماد أداة الاستبيان، تحصلنا على جملة من البيانات قمنا بعد ذلك بتحليلها بواسطة البرنامجح الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS وبعد عرض وتحليل البيانات المستقاء من ميدان الدراسة، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة لدور إحصائية لجودة الحياة الوظيفية في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي بمديرية الإدارة المحلية ميدان الدراسة، كما تم مناقشة النتائج في ضوء فرضيات الدراسة، وكذا في ضوء الدراسات السابقة...................................... The study aimed to investigate the role of quality of work life in achieving job satisfaction among employees at the Directorate of Local Administration in the Wilaya of Tebessa, as well as to identify differences based on socio-demographic characteristics. To achieve this, the study required the formulation of hypotheses and adopted a descriptive approach. A questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. A set of data was obtained and subsequently analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). After presenting and analyzing the data collected from the field, the study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the quality of work life on job satisfaction at the Directorate of Local Administration, which was the focus of the study. The results were discussed in light of the study’s hypotheses as well as in relation to previous research.
