Résumé:
تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة دور الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة من طرف المؤسسات الخدماتية الجزائرية، مع التركيز على مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر تبسة كنموذج تطبيقي، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة انطلاقا من التحولات التكنولوجية المتسارعة التي تشهدها بيئة الأعمال، والتي فرضت على المؤسسات ضرورة تبني الحلول الرقمية من أجل تحسين الأداء وتلبية حاجات الزبائن بشكل أكثر فعالية وسرعة من خلال طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي:
ما هو دور الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات بالمؤسسة الخدماتية الجزائرية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية تبسة
وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وكذلك على مسح شامل لجميع موظفي المؤسسة، إضافة إلى الدراسة الميدانية التي أجريت بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر -تبسة - من خلال ملاحظات واستبيانات موجهة إلى العاملين، بهدف الوقوف على واقع تطبيق الرقمنة وأثرها على مستوى الخدمات.
وتم التوصل إلى أن الرقمنة ساهمت بشكل ملحوظ في تحسين نوعية الخدمات وسرعة الأداء، كما حسنت من عملية التواصل مع الزبائن وساهمت في تقليص الوقت والجهد، رغم بعض التحديات المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية ونقص التكوين المتخصص.

Abstract:
This thesis aims to examine the role of digitalization in improving the quality of services pro-vided by Algerian service institutions, with a particular focus on the case study of Algeria Telecom in Tébessa. The study stems from the rapid technological transformations occurring in the business environment, which have compelled institutions to adopt digital solutions in order to enhance performance and meet customer needs more effectively and efficiently. This is explored through the central research question:
What is the role of digitalization in improving service quality in Algerian service institutions, specifically in the case of Algeria Telecom in the Wilaya of Tébessa?
The study employs a descriptive methodology, in addition to a comprehensive survey of all the institution’s employees, and a field study conducted at Algeria Telecom – Tébessa. This included observations and questionnaires directed at staff members, aiming to assess the ac-tual implementation of digitalization and its impact on the level of services provided.
The findings indicate that digitalization has significantly contributed to improving ser-vice quality and performance speed. It has also enhanced communication with customers and reduced time and effort, despite some challenges related to infrastructure and a lack of spe-cialized training
