dc.description	Summary The aim of this study is to cover the topic of the guiding tools and its influence on the development of the performance of the university’s libraries two logical sides. In the first one, highlight the importance of the guiding tools in activating the performance and achieving aims while in the second sides, we present a realistic guide to fix the impact of these tools on libraries work and on the development of the performance of libraries of university. This study has tackled the subject of the effect of using the guiding tools in developing the performance of the libraries of university. This was relying on the descriptive analytical method. Interviews and surveys were used as main tools, which were distributed on 23 employees inside method and data analysis of their ans wers. Where as, the most obtained results are in consistent with the hypotheses which this study was built on these hypotheses have been achieved due to to the guiding tools which contrilented in the developing the performance of libraries of university Keywords : Guidance tools ,Functionality, University libraries	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو الإحاطة بموضوع أدوات التوجيو وأثرها في تطوير أداء المكتبات الجامعية من منطمقين: الأول ىو سعي منا لإبراز أىمية أدوات التوجيو (القيادة، الدافعية، الاتصال) لتفعيل الأداء وتحقيق الأىداف أما الثاني فيو تقديم دليل واقعي يثبت أثر ىذه الأدوات عمى العمل المكتبي وعمى تطوير أداء المكتبات الجامعية. حيث تناولت ىذه الدراسة موضوع أثر استخدام أدوات التوجيو في تطوير أداء المكتبات الجامعية باعتمادنا عمى المنيج الوصفي التحميمي وتم توظيف المقابمة واستمارة استبيان كأداة رئيسية والتي وزعت عمى 23موظف داخل المكتبة مع الاعتماد عمى أسموب إحصاء وتحميل البيانات من خلال الأجوبة التي قدميا مجتمع الدراسة، أما النتائج المتوصل إلييا فقد جاءت أغمبيا وفق الفرضيات التي بنيت عمييا الدراسة حيث تحققت الفرضيات وىذا راجع أن أدوات التوجيو تساىم في تطوير أداء المكتبات الجامعية.	en_US
